These terms govern your use of ChartSage ("the app"), published by Appers Systems. By using the app you agree to them.

Educational use only — not financial advice. ChartSage provides AI-generated technical analysis of chart images for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, and it does not guarantee any outcome or profit. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

1. The service

ChartSage analyzes a chart image you submit and returns a market bias, a confidence score, and plain-language reasoning. Analysis is generated by automated AI models and may be incomplete or incorrect. Markets carry risk; treat any output as one educational input among many, not a directive.

2. Credits & billing

  • Free credits are provided to let you try the app, metered per device.
  • Paid credit packs and/or subscriptions unlock further analyses. Prices, billing periods, any free trial, auto-renewal, and cancellation are shown before purchase and are managed through your Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.
  • Refunds are handled per Google Play's policies; we do not offer refunds beyond what the store provides.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent the credit system or security (including App Check) of the service.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Appers Systems. You retain ownership of chart images you submit; you grant us a limited right to process them solely to generate your analysis (images are discarded after processing — see the Privacy Policy).

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any analysis is accurate, reliable, or suitable for any decision.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appers Systems is not liable for any trading, investment, or financial losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its output.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
